Joyce Reynolds-Sinclair, Ph.D.
JOYCE REYNOLDS-SINCAIR, Ph.D., has served hundreds of leaders of Fortune 500 and mid-size firms, as well as non-profits. She is an expert designer and facilitator for large-scale virtual collaborations using GEO’s rapid-cycle processes and Collective IQ Tools™.
Joyce has been a leader in the national strategic planning community for many years. She co-founded the Association of Strategic Planning (ASP) NorCal chapter in 2003 and served on the National Board of Directors 2003-2009. She was inducted into the ASP Hall of Fame in 2010 and led the Certification Application Review Team 2010-2012.
In addition to her role as Managing Director of GEO, Joyce serves as Chair of the Magical Bridge Foundation and is a course facilitator for the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Executive Education program.
Prior to her two decades with GEO, Joyce held senior positions at Genentech, Children’s Hospital at Stanford, and Kaiser Permanente.
